Get Microsoft Office 365 Free on up to 5 devices!

 

* Click here if MS Office 365 is already installed, but isn't connected to your student account or if it stopped working.
* MS Office cannot be installed on a Chromebook.
* MS
Access (part of MS Office) cannot be installed on a Macbook.

 

Logon to MyPath.kctcs.edu and click on the waffle at the top-left of your screen.

Click on the Microsoft 365 Copilot link

Click on the Install and more and choose the top option to download and install the Microsoft 365 apps

Click on Install Office

Click to run OfficeSetup.exe

After setup, when prompted, be sure to login with your student email address.

Next, type in your school account/email password

You'll then receive a message that you need to verify your identity

Enter the code you received and then click on Verify

1.UNCHECK the box
2.Click on NO, sign in to this app only

When MS Office Stops Working

Every now and then, MS Office may stop working correctly. This happens because it has kicked you out of your student email and defaulted back to your personal account. To fix this, open MS Word and click on the user icon at the top right corner of the page and then click on Sign Out

Again, click on the Sign Out button when the Sign out of Office window appears.

After it signs out, if it still has another personal email listed, go through the steps above to again sign out of that account. Continue going through the sign out steps until you see the Sign in option, and then click on Sign in.

When prompted, be sure to sign in using your student email address and password.
