  • Set up your student account (email, password, find student ID number)

  • Log on to MyPath

  • Set up Multi-Factor Authentication

  • Get into BlackBoard & look for your classes

  • Log on to Email (called Outlook)

  • Go to Tasks in MyPath Student Self Service tile to check for HOLDS on your account
  • Complete the Blackboard Orientation to Online Learning course in Blackboard

 

Protip: Save your login, password, and student ID number as a contact or note in your phone.

How do I set up my Student Account?

Set up your student account by going to the ECTC homepage, Quick Links, Current Students, and User Account Center.

How do I remove my SAG Hold (complete my Financial Agreement)?

Logon to MyPath. Go to your Student Self Service, click on Tasks, and click on Financial Agreement. Click through the instructions to complete the agreement and then click "Finish". Check your TASKS regularly to make sure you don't have any holds on your account.

My Microsoft Authenticator is not working!

If you have been locked out of your Microsoft Authenticator app, please call the
IT Helpdesk at 270-706-8817 to have it reset.

How do I add Additional Multi-Factor Authentication methods.

Adding additional MFA methods, such as your personal email address, is a good idea.
