ECTC Archives: Student Activities, Programs and Resources

Description of ECTC archives holdings; a brief history; finding aids; images

Overview

The boxes in this collection contain materials that pertain to students enrolled at Elizabethtown Community College (prior to 2004) and Elizabethtown Community and Technical College (2004 to the present.) The boxes contain student codes of conduct; materials pertaining to student organizations, clubs, performances, festivals and other student-centered events; and materials pertaining to programs benefiting students and special groups of students (veterans, first time adult students, low income students, etc.) Examples of materials include programs and flyers for the ECC and ECTC Choristers; programs for various theatrical performances; materials pertaining to job and transfer fairs; materials pertaining to programs such as Fresh Start and First Time, and more.

Since the materials generated by the Student Government Association are quite extensive they have been separated from non-SGA student activities materials. Gaps exist in the collection of SGA meeting minutes. Collections of chorus and theatrical performance materials are not comprehensive. More materials may be added to the collection as they are discovered.
