• 1974 to 1975.  Directors' Meetings; Faculty meetings; academic deadlines; pay dates; committee meetings; System Council meetings; CC Senate meetings; Advisory Board meetings; staff meetings; staff meetings; division meetings; administrative staff meetings; some workshops; basketball games; meetings for Annual Major Event committee. Convocations took place once a month in the student center. No sheet for August 1974; sheets for summer 1975, including August. August 4,5, 6, 11,12 and 13 were given over to faculty meetings and workshops.
• 1976 to 1977. Directors' Meetings; Faculty meetings; academic deadlines; pay dates; committee meetings; staff meetings; staff meetings; division meetings; administrative staff meetings; some workshops; ECC basketball games and volleyball games; some activities such as Christmas dance and art contest; some state association workshops and conferences. No sheet for August. 
• 1977 to 1978. Directors' Meetings; Faculty meetings; academic deadlines; pay dates; committee meetings; staff meetings; staff meetings; division meetings; administrative staff meetings; some workshops; ECC basketball games. Faculty and administrative meeting, August 4 and 5. Pink cover with hand-drawn elephant holding a sign with the words Don't Forget.

• 1978 to 1979. Faculty fora; Directors' Meetings; Faculty meetings; academic deadlines; pay dates; committee meetings; Community College Council; staff meetings; staff meetings; division meetings; administrative staff meetings; some workshops; basketball (Barons and Lady Barons) games; New Student Orientation; some workshops. All-day administrative faculty meetings were held August 7 and 8.
• 1979 to 1980. Dates of faculty fora; Directors' Meetings; Faculty meetings; academic deadlines; pay dates; committee meetings; Community College Council; staff meetings; staff meetings; division meetings; administrative staff meetings; some workshops; basketball (Barons and Lady Barons) games; some workshops. A multi-day faculty meeting was held August 1, 2, and 3.

• 1981 to 82. Dates of faculty fora; Directors' Meetings; administrative staff meetings; faculty meetings; academic deadlines; committee meetings; Community College Council; staff meetings. 2 copies; one has personal events. There was a Fall Orientation that began at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 13, running through Friday and Saturday. It is not clear if this was a student or employee orientation, or if it encompassed all categories.
• 1982 to 1983. faculty fora; Directors' Meetings; administrative staff meetings; division meetings, faculty meetings; academic deadlines; committee meetings; Community College Council; staff meetings; new faculty workshops. Faculty fora took place about twice a month, led by a different faculty member each time. There was an Orientation that began at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 12, running through Friday and Saturday. It is not clear if this was a student or employee orientation, or if it encompassed all categories.
• 1983 to 1984: faculty fora; new faculty orientation; Directors' Meetings; meetings of assistant directors for student services; administrative staff meetings; faculty meetings; division meetings; academic deadlines; committee meetings; Community College Council; staff meetings. Directors Meetings took place in Lexington at the UK campus; the term "director" refers to the head of each community college. The heads were given the title of President in 1987 and the assistant directors of academic affairs, student services, etc., acquired the title of dean.

Both calendars were printed on 11 by 17 paper; headings and numbers printed in Old English font. The 1989 calendar is burgundy print on white paper; the 1990 calendar is black print on white paper. 

• 1989 to 1990. Dates of faculty meetings; part time faculty orientations; new student orientation; evening student orientation; faculty advising workshops; academic deadlines; pay dates; committee meetings; staff meetings; staff meetings; division meetings; administrative staff meetings; chairmen meetings; academic calendar reminders; payday dates; some workshops; new faculty orientations; some events such as dances and conferences; UK sports events. The first mention of Kickoff - a 2 day event for faculty and staff; followed by a potluck picnic at 6:00pm on Friday.  
• 1990 to 1991. faculty meetings; faculty advising workshops; academic deadlines; pay dates; committee meetings; staff meetings;  division meetings; administrative staff meetings; chair meetings (the term "chair" is now used;) academic calendar reminders; payday dates; some workshops; new faculty orientations; some events such as poetry readings and conferences; UK sports events. Faculty/staff picnic on August 3; an all-day Faculty/Staff Opening Meeting on August 8; a staff meeting and division meetings on August 10; a faculty meeting the following Friday.

• 1991 to 1992. Dates of faculty meetings; part time faculty orientations; faculty advising workshops; academic deadlines; pay dates; committee meetings; staff meetings; staff meetings; division meetings; administrative staff meetings; chair meetings; academic calendar reminders; payday dates; some workshops; new faculty orientations; some events such as conferences and seminars (little or no cultural or entertainment events); UK sports events. Chair meetings are referred as chairmen meetings. No mention of Kickoff; College Faculty Development activities on August 7; Staff Council on August 6; Advising Workshop on August 9; college faculty development activities on August 14; division meetings on August 15

• 1993 to 1994. Dates of faculty meetings; part time faculty orientations; faculty advising workshops; academic deadlines; pay dates; committee meetings; staff meetings; staff meetings; division meetings; administrative staff meetings; chair meetings; academic calendar reminders; payday dates; some workshops; new faculty orientations; some events such as dances and conferences; UK sports events. The term "chair" is used, rather than "chairman." 2 day Faculty/Staff Development Kickoff on August 12 and 13.

• 1994 to 1995. Faculty meetings, new faculty orientations, division meetings, committee meetings, Staff Council, Community College Council, Admin Council, President's Council, art exhibits, some cultural events, academic calendar information, UK sporting events. Staff In-service Day on August 11; box greyed out, indicating campus closure.
• 1995 to 1996. Faculty meetings, new faculty orientations, division meetings, committee meetings, Staff Council, UK Staff Association, Community College Council, Admin Council, President's Council, art exhibits, some cultural events, academic calendar information, UK sporting events. Faculty/Staff Kickoff on August 14.

• 1996 to 1997. Faculty meetings, staff meetings, Staff Council, Admin Council, President's Council, committee meetings, division meetings, orientations workshops, UKCC meetings, system wide committee and group meetings (Library Directors, Academic Deans, Deans of Student Affairs, Personnel Coordinators, and other groups, meeting in Lexington at UK) academic calendar deadlines and reminders; deadlines for grants and awards; UK, Board Meetings, UK administrative deadlines; UK sporting events, systemwide conferences (ex: the Ashland Teaching/Learning Conference;) some art shows and cultural events; Foreign Language Festival, Honors Banquet. Faculty/Staff Kickoff on August 12. Arts and Humanities all day retreat at Otter Creek Park, August 14.
