This box is not permanent. For the time being the contents will remain in this box until they can be combined with similar materials and moved to appropriate locations. The box contains awards given to the college, to employees, to students during their enrollment, and to alumni.

Folder 008.00. Commonwealth of Kentucky Quality Award. 1999 Application Scorebook for Independent Review. Moved to Planning - the college did not receive the award. The scorebook provides extensive lists of strengths and weaknesses for college review
